For orders of in-stock items, please allow up to 3 days from the date the package was shipped. Orders can take up to 24 hours to process.
Orders of in-stock items placed before 12:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Your package will arrive the next business day, from the date your package was shipped.
We have absolute confidence in the effectiveness of our ingredients, so we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% fully satisfied with the product you have received from one of our retailers, we will gladly replace it free of charge with one of any of our other products.
Since it takes approximately three months for the bottom layer of skin to rise to the top, you may not see the full results of a the product until after one cycle of the skin renewal process.
Some skin conditions may require several cycles.
Additionally, what you are doing with the products is helping your skin to defend itself from the harsh alkaline soaps and chemicals you use on a daily basis.
Your skin is balanced at 5.5 pH. Soaps, scrubs, shampoos, cleaning products etc. are all around a harsh 9 to 11 pH. Thus, you are continually stripping the acid layer from your skin by coming into contact with these products. Some people buy our cream to help their skin, but continue using harsh chemical products from the drug store with additives or ingredients like sulfates, parabens, petroleum, fragrances etc.
So, to use it only for a few weeks and say it is not working, does not give your skin a fair chance to get all the nutrition from our products.
